On Novemember 6th I will get up before the sunrises and travel down to Balboa Park to participate in my 19th Race for the Cure. As the years pass and my reasons for doing this event are powered by my mantra of making a difference in others lives through hope and inspirateion. This race has now become more than just celebrating my own survivorship, it also allows me to remember those who fought their coragous battles, honor those who are in battling now and celebrate other survivors. I also want to continue to make an impact in the fight against breast cancer so that future generations can live in a world without breast cancer.
Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today in support of my fundraising efforts. You can donate online with your credit card by clicking the button above my fundraising thermometer or you can contact me for alternative methods in contributing.
Your support helps us get one step closer to a world without breast cancer. 75 percent of the money raised through the Race stays in the community to fund local breast cancer education, screening and treatment programs. The remaining 25 percent supports groundbreaking breast cancer research.
Together, we are fueling the best science, boldest community and biggest impact in the fight against breast cancer. And we will not stop until this disease is gone forever. That’s our promise.
With Gratitude and Hope
